MOF Technologies earns prestigious recognition for the Mechanochemical Production of MOFs.

MOF Technologies is delighted to announce that our continuous mechanochemical production process has earned another accreditation, this time by the European Commission (click here).

As part of the ProDIA project, which was backed by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 framework, our patented technology was analysed by the commission's Innovation Radar team and was deemed ‘market ready’. This adds to our prior recognition from IUPAC (click here), who categorised mechanochemistry as a disruptive technology for the 21st century.

Our process enables the supply of high-quality, shaped MOFs at ton scale. It allows us to bypass the high-cost barrier typically associated with the adoption of MOFs, making them readily available in commercial volumes.
