Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Performance Manager to understand testing requirements and align on specific project objectives.

Conduct detailed experimental planning to realise technical objectives of key test projects.

Conduct gas adsorption testing using MOF technologies’ state of the art dynamic gas breakthrough, PSA, and isotherm rigs.

Perform data analysis and interpret test results to define the next steps.

Present results to management (written and orally) in an effective and engaging manner.

Work with the Performance Manager to expand key testing capabilities.

Engage with and manage relevant third-party contractors/suppliers.

Help construct, commission, and demonstrate new equipment in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.

Experience (industrially & or academically) in gas phase adsorption or reaction kinetics.

Ability to prioritise tasks, drive several different projects at the same time.

Knowledge of good safety practices in a lab/workshop environment.

Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Experience in using techniques for measuring gas adsorption including mass spectrometry and gas chromatography.

Knowledgeable in the preparation and handling of solid catalysts or MOFs.

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
